The Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the famous Marian sanctuary was destroyed to the ground during the Homeland War. The reconstruction of the church began in 2001. In the reconstruction, old, high-quality materials preserved on the ground were used, and the stone plastic elements were dismantled. The load-bearing walls of the sanctuary, chapel and belfry are 60 to 126 cm thick and up to 14.51 m high, i.e., the 28 m height of the belfry, are made of broken stone previously dismantled or new stone from the surrounding area with regular masonry joints. The wooden ceiling and roof structure with two or more eaves is made of large-diameter oak roofing material using traditional carpentry joints.
