This baroque building from the 18th century was built as a summer residence for Bishop Josip Galjuf. It is a single-winged building, the central part of which is prominent and finished with a gable, while the side parts are lower. The facade is divided vertically by a continuous series of pilasters, and horizontally by a prominent cornice. Inside, there is a central hall vaulted with a Czech vault. Today it is the administrative building of the Croatian Restoration Institute.
The renovation works of the building include: adaptation of the ground floor, first floor, attic of the west and east wings, renovation of the facade, reconstruction of plumbing, sewage, electrical and heating installations, and landscaping. The performance is adapted to the cultural monument.
