The works on the renovation of a three-story street building from the 19th century consisted of the reconstruction of the entire building with the replacement of the roof in order to create attic offices. The works were carried out under the supervision of the Conservation Department in Karlovac and in accordance with the construction style from the 19th century. This was particularly reflected in the installation of a modern elevator, which was placed in the central staircase. A completely new facility was built in the yard, where the detail of the connecting bridge with the street facility, which is made of glass walls, is particularly interesting. The facade of the building is made of trim panels, as well as the roof. The works on the buildings were carried out in the period from January 2009 to April 2010.
