In an attractive location in the northern part of the city, on Zagreb's Sveti Duh, a residential building with 22 residential units of energy class B was built according to the project of the architect Andrija Rusan, a building that enables and combines the luxury of city life and peaceful coexistence with nature.
Three-room (from 83 to 114 sqm), four-room (140 to 147 sqm) and five-room (205 to 224 sqm) apartments have been designed.
Among the most modern materials, we emphasize the top quality of glass sliding walls of different dimensions, aluminum-wooden locksmithing and thermally insulated blinds. The specificity of the facade consists of openings with a thermal facade system and a roof made of reinforced concrete slabs with a construction of wooden rafters covered with sheet metal. High-quality bathroom equipment with a floor heating system in the bathrooms and air-conditioned apartments meet world-class standards.
