A one-story baroque building with visible architectural interventions from the 19th century was the central part of the farm. The estate is mentioned in the 16th century in the donation document of Nikola Zrinski. Different phases of construction and remodelling can be seen on the building. It is protected because it is architecturally and culturally and historically connected to the nearby estate in Ozalj. Today it is privately owned. The building in extremely poor and run-down condition required high-quality static rehabilitation. This was followed by the reconstruction and adaptation and complete arrangement of the building for the needs of modern housing. The roof and mezzanine wooden structure is made of hand-hewn, hewn oak in the traditional way and with the use of carpentry.
